Restaurant review: This is actually a pretty good DD to visit except for the super cramped parking lot. I went here to redeem my birthday drink coupon and it was easy without a hassle. Back in the day it took the world for the DD to honor any corporate coupons. Now you just hand them the coupon and you get your drink. I usually end up getting a donut with just to offset the cheapness! I found it to be fast and easy to order. My coolata was perfect! Pro: fast, donuts/coffee and more Cons: very small parking lot, when you exit on county farm you can only make a right turn Hidden gem: 1. Sign up for the DD birthday club for a free drink (medium latte/coffee/tea or coolata on your birthday 2. Download the app for coupons to use at your store 3. They have a happy hour and half price donuts late in the night. I don't know at what time but you may want to consider asking.

Just another Dunkin Donuts (+ Basket Robins), nothing notable there, but I would like to mention Michael (I believe that was his name, shift leader) is very nice, happy to make me and my man happy! Traffic can be hellish near this location because it's by Barrington and Irving Park, so be careful! It was clean, can't say much else about it since I've only been here this once,

If i could i would give this place 0 stars. Hands down the worst dunkin donuts ever. Coffee is always burnt and if they aren't messing up your order they're burning it up. Also "HELLO" i asked for cream AND SUGAR!!!

Horrible. Coffee is always bad tasting. Always burnt. Ask them to remake it they nearly refuse rudely then when they do they make it with the same horrible tasting brew. The owner is also extremely rude.

We sometimes swing here for a late night caffiene fix. I think late at night it's a one-man-show. Keeping this in mind- it usually takes a quite a bit of time, and he's humorous to listen to on the microphone (think darth vader breathing etc.. ), but he always gets the order right. When we come here late night, we like to enjoy the whole experience!

The people who work here are incompetent and SLLLLOOOOOOW. We have given it SO many chances since it's right by my house, but we go somewhere further to avoid this place at all costs. This is just one of many many examples of why you should find another location: I pulled up to the drive thru...and waited there for at least three minutes--nobody ever came to take my order. So I pull to the front and walk in (which I should have just driven away) and the lady "working" (who was actually just sitting at one of the tables) says "the dining area is closed, you need to use the drive thru". I look at her and said "I was waiting there for a while and nobody ever came". She sighed and said "oh...........ok I guess I could help you". NO THANKS! I just walked out after that. Another time, I pulled up after nine to the drive thru to get a sundae. But they were out of the ice cream they needed to make the Snicker's sundae. So I tried to order something else, but they were out of that, too. After trying FIVE different things and being told they were out of ALL of them, I figured it would just be easier (and a short list) if they told me what they DID have). Do not go here if you actually want good customer service!! From now on, we will be going to a farther BR/DD for a better selection and better customer service!

I went here once and the guy made me a bagel sandwich with no gloves and as he gives me the bag I noticed he had nice thick black build-up under his nails. Yum! Never.again.

I am leaving a positive review for Happy Hour 3-6 pm 99 cent iced tea/coffee M-F. Made the teas properly. ( Yes, other Dunkin locations do screw up making iced tea). The man behind the counter was polite and gave me a drink tray without asking. I mention this because most Dunkin locations are not as astute. I am skeptical about eating Donuts there since when I was last there which was about 3 years ago, the lady who was managing at night was reluctant in selling me a donut and she gave it to me to try. The donus was rock hard and stale. She was placed in a position where she knew what it was but was not allowed to verbally tell me due to owner around. I don't think this location refreshes their inventory on baked consumables often. Which I really think is the problem with the other Dunkin locations from Schaumburg, Hanover, and Bartlett . The donuts in all location are left outside and sold over a period of days vs. disposing of nightly and selling fresh items. if someone has the 411 on who is hoarding the fresh donuts, please message me :)

First time here and they were very prompt service and the establishment was very clean. Coffee was excellent and the service was very good. Will definatly be back again

We needed to get some Coffee Beans and the BF really likes DD's beans so after dinner we went to get beans for in the morning Beans here are $9 a lb so not only beans my partner likes but also cheaper than most other places But then we got a even better deal yet the Beans are on sale two pounds for $13 so a little over five bucks off the second pound Score ! The lobby is open till 11pm but the drive through is open 24/7
